At Foulwear, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.

Please review all sizing information and product details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the problem and provide a replacement when appropriate.
